- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.

- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, final sale items and Leggings marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Our Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Include the following details in your email, or use the template provided below.
Step 2: Ship Your Item
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address to our Boston operations center:

Please securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and use a trackable shipping service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at our warehouse (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival), we will process your request.
- Refunds: Will be issued to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: For size exchanges on in-stock items (e.g., exchanging Joggers for a different size), we will ship the new item once the return is received. For out-of-stock exchanges, we will issue a refund or store credit.

- Timeline: Please allow 10-15 business days from the day we receive your return for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in your original payment account. The exact timing depends on your financial institution.
- Method: Refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We do not offer refunds to alternative cards or methods.
Note: Sale items and promotional discounts may affect the final refund amount, which will be for the item’s purchase price only.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for our global community of athletes and style-conscious professionals, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any item marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or receipt.
- Leggings (Due to the intimate nature of the product, all leggings are considered final sale unless explicitly noted otherwise at the time of purchase).
- Gifted items or items purchased with a gift card (eligible for store credit only, subject to review).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
