All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Boston operations center at 3793 Aspen Court, Boston, US 02199.

4.3 Shipping Methods

We offer two engineered shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Carrier is DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50.00. Carrier is EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy Overview

If an item does not meet your expectations, our engineered process ensures a clear and efficient resolution:

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original packaging.
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
• Customer Responsibility: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality for our global community, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Any item marked as “Final Sale” on the product page or receipt.
• All Leggings (due to the intimate nature of the product).
• Gifted items or items purchased with a gift card (eligible for store credit only, subject to review).

5.3 Return Process

1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request”. Include your order number, full name, email address, item details, and reason for return.
2. Ship Your Item: Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our return address. Securely package the item(s) in original packaging, write the RMA number on the outside, and use a trackable shipping service.
3. Refund or Exchange Processing: Upon receipt and inspection at our warehouse (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival), we will process your request. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Exchanges are available for in-stock items only.

5.4 Refund Timeline

Please allow 10-15 business days from the day we receive your return for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in your account. Timing depends on your financial institution.

5.5 Damaged or Incorrect Items
